Delivery

Most products listed are available and ready to be shipped immediately when purchased, however there will be items that may be out of stock on rare occasions. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible so that you can choose to:

• Wait for the product to arrive from the relevant distributor. Most of the time, this would be 7-10 business days, or up to 4 weeks. You will be advised before agreeing to wait.

• Exchange for another product - either online or in store.

• Full refund.

Delivery Charges

All purchases over $99 are shipped for free from Sydney metro with Australia Post at no charge ($10 if under $99). Standard parcel delivery is 2 or more business days depending on your location. For more information, click here. 

 

You can opt for express delivery for $12. This means next day delivery for the majority of customers. To check if you fall in Australia Post’s Next Day Business Delivery Network, click here.

Delivery Timeframes

Your order is packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have any queries.

Click and Collect

Click and Collect is available for free with all orders. Your order will usually be delivered between 1-5 business days, depending on availability. Please select the 'Click and Collect' option at checkout.

When your order is ready for collect, we will send you an email and/or SMS to inform you that your order is ready for collect. Please bring - 

1) Proof of Purchase

2) Identification
