What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a payment service which allows you to buy immediately and pay later in four installments without interest or fees. So you can shop and receive your items now and repay every 2 weeks.

Who can use Afterpay?

To register with Afterpay, you need to be over 18 years of age, have an Australian residential address and own a debit or credit card.

How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay pays for the full amount of your purchase. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout, you need to select Afterpay as your preferred payment method. Once you have placed your order, you will be directed to the Afterpay website to log in and process the payment. We will then dispatch your items as soon as your payment is approved.

Are there any limitations using Afterpay?

Yes, the maximum spend limit is $1000 per transaction.

When do I need to pay for my items?

There will be four equally split payments. New Afterpay customers are asked to pay the first instalment upfront. The same applies to orders which exceed the amount of $500. Afterpay has a fixed payment schedule of fortnightly instalments. In any case, your payment schedule will be emailed to you.

What happens if my payment fails?

If you fail to make the payment, you will receive a notification via SMS and be charged a late payment fee. The late fee is calculated on the original order value of your purchase. Please visit Afterpay directly to see the exact late fee amounts.

Can I return an Afterpay order?
